Refrigerate/Leftovers: Place the dip in an airtight container or cover it with plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep it fresh for up to one week. Allow the dip to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before serving to ensure it’s soft and easy to scoop.

Freeze: You can freeze the dip for up to one month. When ready, remove the dip from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature until thawed. Stir well, and enjoy.

Serving Suggestion: Once the eggless cookie dough is thawed, enjoy it with your favorite dippers or use it as a spread on just about anything!

Monster Cookie Dough Dip: Eggless cookie dough is perfect for monster cookie fans! Made with creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, M&M candies, and chocolate chips. Whip up this dessert dip for parties or a fun treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients together for about 3 minutes, or until they are smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no clumps of cream cheese left.
  2. Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt to the bowl and beat again to combine. Scrape down the sides of your bowl so that all of the sugar is incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Cover your monster cookie dip with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before transferring it to a serving dish.
  5. Serve your dip chilled or room temperature alongside pretzels, cookies, graham crackers, fresh fruit, etc. Enjoy!
