Easy Homemade Blackberry Cobbler
Blackberries take center stage and really shine in this easy Blackberry Cobbler recipe. It’s a phenomenal dessert that’s easy to make, simple ingredients and a fabulous celebration of summer with fresh fruit, but can easily be made any time of year with frozen fruit.
One of my quickest “go to” desserts is cobbler. I usually have everything on hand, you can use can fruit, fresh or frozen – and so many different varieties of fruit are good in a cobbler. If you want to impress guests, individual Black and Blue Berry Cobbler always impresses!
Saturday night we were having family over for Flank Steak Sandwiches, so I made a blackberry cobbler from frozen blackberries that were picked out at the family cabin last summer.
Cobbler is quick, easy, looks great, and taste even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!
