Ingredients
- 16 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice, from the pickle jar 8
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 2 cups diced dill pickles
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- I cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- Salt to taste (see notes)
Instructions
- Heavily salt (about 1 tablespoon) a large pot of water and cook pasta one minute past al dente. Drain, rinse, and set aside to cool.
