While I love spending time in the kitchen, when it comes to fixing dinner, most of the time I like to get in and out with a healthy dinner I can have on the table fast that everyone will enjoy!

Pasta dishes are almost always sure to get two thumbs up from the whole crew.

My friends over at Kraft asked me if I would be willing to replace a family favorite and serve my family a meal using  Philadelphia Cooking Creme.  Well, I had no problem with that task, because we already love it on our grilled pizzas!

Phily cooking creme

Philadelphia Cooking Creme makes dinner simple but far from boring!  With just a few minutes prep time, and boiling some water I had this delicious Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine ready in about 20 minutes.

Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine in pan

The Philadelphia Savory Lemon and Herb Cooking Creme was creamy and full of flavor with out being over powering.  I added a little bit of extra milk to the recipe, and topped some chopped tomatoes and a little Parmesan cheese. I think next time I will try it with sun-dried tomatoes and grilled chicken for another great meal.

I served this with a Cesar salad and homemade artisan bread this made just enough for our family of four!

I have cooked with Philadelphia Creme before and it’s very nice! My favorite go-to weekday dinners are Tex-Mex, like Taco Salad, Burritos, Tacos (soft or on tostada shells), Nachos….always a winnner and always welcomed with smiles by my household. :-) creedamy [at] yahoo [dot] com

This is a great spin on a fettucini. What a great way to cut a little time in the kitchen, but still turn out a delicious dish!

Haven’t tried it, yet. Sounds good, though. For us, I have to check the level of sodium.

I have used the Philly Cooking Creme to make twice baked potatoes. Yum. Our go to dinner is usually quesadillas (you can whip them up so quickly) or pancakes. Thanks for a great giveaway!

I haven’t tried the cooking creme, but sounds great! My favorite go-to meal on weeknights is doctoring up a jar of pasta sauce with onions, peppers, and sausage, and then serving over pasta sauce.

Lent will be the perfect time to test this recipe, as I have not tried Philadelphia Cooking Creme. I always have to keep blocks of Philadelphis Cream Cheese in my fridge, so I have a suspicion even my picky teen will love this as he loves shrimp with pasta. My week-night go -to dinner would be pasta, with whatever fresh veggied are on hand, or a pan of roasted vegetables with left overs.

I’ve used it with chicken and pasta. I’ve also used it in place of cream cheese in my beef stroganoff recipe.

I haven’t tried the cooking cremes. But I do use their creme cheese when cooking all of the time. This looks really good and I might have to give it a try.

I use the Santa Fe cooking creme all the time. I haven’t tried the others because we like this flavor so much. I add it to shredded chicken cooked with seasoning mix, then make quesadillas.
