While I love spending time in the kitchen, when it comes to fixing dinner, most of the time I like to get in and out with a healthy dinner I can have on the table fast that everyone will enjoy!
Pasta dishes are almost always sure to get two thumbs up from the whole crew.
My friends over at Kraft asked me if I would be willing to replace a family favorite and serve my family a meal using Philadelphia Cooking Creme. Well, I had no problem with that task, because we already love it on our grilled pizzas!
Philadelphia Cooking Creme makes dinner simple but far from boring! With just a few minutes prep time, and boiling some water I had this delicious Shrimp & Broccoli Fettuccine ready in about 20 minutes.
The Philadelphia Savory Lemon and Herb Cooking Creme was creamy and full of flavor without being overpowering. I added a little bit of extra milk to the recipe and topped some chopped tomatoes and a little Parmesan cheese. I think next time I will try it with sun-dried tomatoes and grilled chicken for another great meal.
I served this with a Cesar salad and homemade artisan bread this made just enough for our family of four!

I tried their skillet lasagna recipe using the Santa Fe blend. Easy weeknight meal!!
I haven’t cooked with it yet but definitely want to. The pasta and the grilled pizza looks delicious!
Yes, I have used it a few times with great success. My favorite was the Southwest Pasta Skillet recipe from their website made with the Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme. I added black beans too…really yummy!
Wow, this sounds so good. I have seen the cooking cream many times in the grocery store and haven’t ever purchased any. I can’t wait to try it now!
I have not cooked with the Philadelphia Cooking creme but I had it in my hand last week at the store, almost bought it, and now I will definitely try it!
We just tried it last night – the Tomato Basil flavor – on a baked penne recipe from Brandi at The Country Cook. It was so DELISH. I also have the savory garlic I am going to add to frozen corn and green chilies tonight. Can’t wait!

What a wonderful creation using the Cooking Creme! Yes, I’ve cooked with Philadelphia Cooking Creme before and absolutely LOVE it. I love that there are so many flavors to choose from and it makes dinner fun and super easy! I have yet try this New Lemon & Herb flavor. Gotta check it out the next time I go grocery shop. Thanks for introducing it to me.

I haven’t used Philadelphia Cooking cremes, but wonder if I could incorporate it into our go-to meal: homemade macaroni & cheese. I make it the “long” way using a flour/butter roux, whisk in milk, heat until thick, add my freshly shredded cheese, then add hot pasta. I used to bake it, but then realized that I could save 20 minutes by letting it just sit for 5, then serve it up – we actually like it better not baked. When I make the roux I add a bit of salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder; or sometimes southwest seasonings. Yum! And it really takes just a bit longer than making the boxed mac & cheese!
never tried the Philadelphia cooking creme! been wanting to but never have!
I like Savory garlic with just chicken and pasta – yummy

I’ve never tried it, but it looks like fun! If I’m cooking, the weeknight dinner is usually stir-fry. If my husband is cooking, it’s what he calls a “Kaboom”… aka throw anything you want into a skillet and call it dinner. Usually tasty, always interesting.
I use the Cooking Creme whenever my recipe asks for cream or cream cheese. Just the other night I added it to my white cream sauce for cauliflower. It is SOOO GOOD when you use it with pasta.
My favorite go-to meal is shrimp sauteed with onions and garlic over pasta. It could probably be modified to incorporate one of the Cooking Cremes.
I have not cooked with it, but it looks delicious. I cook with plain cream cheese alot. My go to dinner is a chicken casserole with veggies. My boys love it!
I’ve never cooked with it before. But our favorite go-to dinner is stir-fry 🙂
I have tried it and it’s very good and super simple!
Never used it. Our quick go to is breakfast for dinner
I was at the store yesterday…at the check stand there were coupons for the Philly Cooking Creme. I grabed a couple of coupons to use on my next shopping trip!!!
I’ve never used it, but that dish looks really good–except chicken instead of shrimp 🙂 One of my favorite go-to meals is italian chicken on egg noodles.
My go to meal during the week is baked “fried” chicken, chicken dipped in bread crumbs and parmesean cheese, then baked!
I haven’t even heard of it before your post! My favorite go to meal is Annie’s Mac & Cheese. Never get sick of it, and it’s super easy.
I have not cooked with Philadelphia cooking creme, but I do use cream cheese in one of our favorite dinners: Chicken Squares! Thanks for the chance to win.
Haven’t tried it yet! My go to meals this time of year is probably something yummy thrown into the crockpot.
My favorite weeknight meal is boneless skinless chicken breast. I can do so many things with it & it cooks fast.
My favorite go to weeknight dinner is chili 🙂

I haven’t used the cooking creme but I love to use cream cheese. I always add a spoon of it to a pot of mashed potatoes, then whip them up until light.
I have not cooked with the cream but I will be after seeing your photos. It looks great and easy.
I have used Philadelphia cooking cream before but I goofed. I had looked at a recipe on the package, purchased all the ingredients and when it was time to cook dinner realized the recipes on the pkg don’t match up with the flavor of cream…. so I had a southwesterny sauce/cream with raviolis… it was ‘interesting’
