Hello September!! I’m a little sad to see summer winding down, but looking forward to celebrating the long holiday weekend. The last big weekend of summer is the perfect time for End of the Summer Entertaining, barbecues and get-togethers.

I had an avocado on toast this morning and was thinking how much I’d love an avocado caprese for dinner! We must be on the same brainwave today.
