Dryer Sheet Tip & Pretty Laundry Rooms

You may remember that I was recently sent a box of Arm & Hammer Essentials Fabric Softener Sheets and I have to tell you what I’ve been doing with them!  I’ve been keeping one softener sheet in the linen closet with our towels, and one in the chest with our extra sheets.  Oh MY! Every time I pull out a towel or fresh sheets they smell wonderfully fresh! Like they just came out of the laundry.

Let’s face it, we spend a lot of time doing laundry.

It’s not a “fun” task, but it can be more enjoyable in a pretty space.

Kevin and Amanda make great use of a small laundry room space

Jen blows my mind with all her special touches on her dark laundry room, turned gorgeous beach theme laundry room

Even a space as small as a bathroom stall can be turned into a pretty laundry space, like Young House Love did with theirs.

I’m participating in The Switch & Save Challenge, trying a variety of Arm & Hammer products and sharing my experiences with you!

  1. Candy Apple red front load washer & dryer, and lots of white. White baseboards, cubbies, etc!

  3. My dream laundry room would be anything bigger than what I have! My washer and dryer are crammed in with the furnace and hot water heater, you really can’t even enter the room. I’d love a bit more space but I am grateful to have anything 🙂

  4. I’d love lots of storage, a great big table for folding clothes, and individual bins for each of the kids to put their clean, folded clothes in so they can put them away.

  5. My dream laundry room would be used only for laundry, would have lots of storage space (especially for storing laundry I haven’t washed yet!) and lots of nice surfaces for folding and sorting, and would not be located in a place that requires laundry to be carried upstairs and downstairs to wash and put away!

  6. I subscribed via RSS!

  7. I like you on Facebook!

  8. I would love a walk in laundry room. Our washing/drying machines are in a closet like with no spare room and a tiny shelf. I would love to be able to organize with bins and such.

  11. My dream laundry room would be one not filled with spider webs and bugs! I’d love to finish off the walls and ceiling and make it a more pleasant space!
