Last week I had the opportunity to attend and speak at the SNAP conference in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. If you are a blogger and have never attended a blogging conference I URGE you to do so! It’s so much fun spending time and meeting so many people that “get you” and blogging. It’s incredibly amazing and inspirational to be around such beautiful, talented women who are building their dreams and building each other up.
A few fun things I learned:
I learned what a T-Rex and Clorox Wipes have in common from KariAnne.
I heard how Viv’s prom ended with a police stand-off and guns drawn!
I was in awe of Heather’s 100 pound weight loss (in just under one year)
I was envious to hear Gina’s epic tale of how she made 1 month of freezer meals in one afternoon!
Jill, Jamielyn and I had a great session on Unlocking the Power of Pinterest. Pinterest is such a hot topic and traffic generator these days, it was fun sharing how we each use it!
I enjoyed meals and conversations with Miss Mustardseed, Kalyn, Jyl, Gina, Vanessa, Amanda, Kim, Laura, Maria, Kelly, Courtney, Cheryl, Amy, Kelly, Dawn, Sara & Kate, Monica & Jess, and of course, Tauni and SO many others! Please check out all of their amazing blogs (just click their names).
I can’t imagine a better group of people to be around and I thank you all so much for helping me feel like I belong!

Apologies if you get this twice – somehow I’m not seeing my original message.

Oh wow, thank you for the shout out! I love it that people are able to enjoy my prom (since, ya know, I couldn’t…) 😉 It was a total treat to meet you and spend time chatting with you at SNAP. You are every bit as warm and friendly in person as you are here on Tidy Mom.
That post was too funny – my 17 year old read it too and said “wow, and I thought I had it bad by not having a date to prom lol” (she went with a group of friends)
