I’m trying to ease into the new year still….how about you? I actually haven’t done a whole lot of cooking, but I have been fixing meals that we can eat off of for a few days. Soup is always great for a few meals and a good way to warm up to winter days (oddly, as I type this post it’s 63 here in St. Louis today!)
