I’m going to guess, most of you have a few boxes at your door quite often this time of year. Maybe even all year long. I know I do. I’ve gotten to the point that I do a large percent of my shopping online. I love when I discover a site that can make my life easier AND save me time and money.
How many of you do bulk wholesale shopping at a warehouse club? I bet you pay a membership fee to shop there too right? To be honest, I’ve never really understood why we PAY to shop….to save money.

I’ve always thought it was weird we had to pay to shop, and don’t get me started about waiting in a line to leave the store. Off to check it out.

I was really excited about this…until I found out they don’t ship to Colorado. Boo!
I don’t mean to be negative and do understand prices can differ on where you live. I’m in the midwest and personally I don’t find this site cost efficient in comparison to Sams. A lot of the items are significantly more on boxed.com. And for the record Sams Club has offered discount for memberships on Groupon the last few years. They also offer 2 cardholders so you could share your membership with another family member if you wished and split the fee.
That same container of Tide detergent is almost $8 less at my Sams
And the 12 ct boxes of Kleenex are $2 less at Sams
The 8lbs of Milkbones are $2 less at Sams
Swaddlers Diapers are $2 less at Sams
Gillette Shaving Cream 3 pack – $1 less at Sams
i recently got three huge boxes from Boxed.com. I was ecstatically happy about not having to go to the warehouse club, cart everything around the store, stand in line and wait to check out, then haul it all in from the car. The team at Boxed.com takes extreme care to pack everything in the boxes. Everything that could come open was either taped shut, or placed into a heavy duty zip top bag, or wrapped in bubble wrap. There was plenty of packing paper to keep things from shifting around in transit, but not so much that I felt they were not packing enough into the box. Everything arrived at my home and was brought onto my porch. No lugging heavy items out of the car and up the steps. Were some items a little more expensive than the warehouse club? A few, but was it worth it for me to not have to drive to the warehouse club and spend a lot of my time? Absolutely! I’m a huge fan.
