I’m starting to stress with the thought that school starts back in just 21 days! I remember that growing anxiety as a kid. The morning rush, the homework, the quicker pace of the day, and the daily challenge of “what to do for lunch”
Packing school lunches can be tedious and stressful, especially if you have a picky eater.
And in the spirit of lunch…….I have a fabulous BLT Wrap lunch recipe to share today.
I *may* have had this wrap 4 times in the last 3 days. – They. Are. That. Good.

That looks like a delicious lunch! I can’t wait to try it!
that looks SO good!
I had the most boring lunches when I was a kid (not my mom’s fault, I was picky), good thing my taste buds grew up!
I’ve been craving BLT’s all weekend… I’m going to make one for dinner, that’s IT.
This looks really fabulous! Healthy lunches for the kiddies is alway such a challenge. Love using an avocado mash instead of less healthy condiment choice like mayo.
I definitely remember pestering my mom about lunches, so I’m sure your talk will be super helpful for moms! And this wrap…so good. Love the sound of that spread!
Bridget I remember that all too well. Now however when your kids go off to college what will they eat, how often, anything remotely nutritious are the questions I ask myself.
I could have sworn I commented on this, but those wraps look amazing!!
Yum! Love those wraps!
That must have been a great discussion! Sure would love for you to share a “wrap up” of the discussion for those of us moms who weren’t able to make it to the chat! 🙂
That’s perfect for lunch to go 🙂 I’m going to try to do that and have it for lunch at work.
