I’m Lovin’ It – Kitchen Makeover

I think we can all appreciate a beautiful home, right?  But even more so when you know the home owners put their own blood sweat and tears into making a home beautiful!   That’s why I just HAD to share a kitchen makeover that I’m in love with!

In 2009 Adri and Jeremy bought their first home, a 1952 ranch, and have been slowly bringing it back to life, one room at a time.  They rarely ever buy anything at full price or new, because they believe the vintage form is better {don’t you love them already?}.

So they started a Dream Book, then a blog where they can share their journey, their diy’s, mistakes and all…titled, Dream Book Desings

I’m in love with the brick wall.  My dad was a bricklayer when I was really young, and he bricked some areas in our homes growing up, he would have LOVED that wall!  I love how it gives the room a “rustic” almost outdoor feel.

Did you notice that black bench? how cool is THAT?……..guess where they got it? ….$20 at a garage sale! Don’t you love how it gives the space a “coffee shop” feel?  I’m drooling over the coffee table as well, and the elegance the chandelier adds, oh! and they made the “driftwood” art themselves!

I could do dishes all day in this spot.

and…..I lied.

I think my favorite part, is the pantry area!  They installed a microwave and oven wall unit in there!  This space, has me breathing heavy!  did you notice the floors? {swoon}

Head over to Dream Book Designs Kitcen Makeover and check it all out………..you won’t believe what it looked like “before”.  While you are there, you can tour their house, and see all of the other great projects!

I’m LOVIN’ this view, I tell you!
