I love to use my iPad in the kitchen!
The Weight Watchers Kitchen Companion app has me hooked! With all the other cooking apps available as well as e-cookbooks, recipe sites and foodie blogs I have good reason to use it on a daily basis. But keeping it safe from splashes, spills and other accidents is a big concern.
I also have a small kitchen, so space is another issue with me. Sitting the iPad on the kitchen counter takes up valuable space, no matter what kind of stand I tried to use.

I LOVE springpad! This is actually an organization app but I use it to keep all my recipes!
I can save my recipes from all over the web and then organize them into a weekly meal plan, create shopping list and sync to my phone.

Ok, so I don’t technically have an iPad YET but I’ve gone to the Apple store every morning for the past three days to try and buy one. Fingers crossed for tomorrow! I’ve played around with the iPad in the store, and the Martha Stewart everyday food app is awesome!

I just checked tracking and my iPad will be here on Tuesday! First they said today, then earlier today it was Monday – now Tuesday! As long as it arrives before our trip to see the Ranger on Wednesday, I’ll be happy! Impatient, but happy!
