Where Women Create Winter 2012 Magazine Giveaway
Don’t you just love peeking into people’s homes? Especially creative people!
For most artists, their workspace inspires them and represents who they are. Whether it’s art, food, music, written words or choreographed dances, extraordinary women know that the process of creating is as important as what ultimately gets created.
Jo Packham has created a magazine that is full of inspiration, stunning photos, and incredible stories. Where Women Create quarterly magazine will nourish souls and motivate your creative processes no matter where you create!
Extraordinary women pay attention to the details of their work spaces….. making sure that they surround themselves with visually stimulating inspiration and unique organizational systems. Where Women Create invites you into the creative spaces of the most extraordinary women of our time.
The winter issue of Where Women Create is sure to inspire, engage, and astonish with new artist studios and organizational ideas! Featured in this issue are Angie Cook of Knobstoppers, Kristin Alber of Found, Rebecca Puig of Sugarboo, Stephanie Blank of Blankety Blank Designs, and even Sarah Champier, who was the personal florist to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales for 11 years. Thanks for hosting such a great party! I’ve got to tell you, I have my creative dream space all dreamed out in my head….it would involve a white kitchen with full length doors looking out to the lake so I could bake my heart out while looking at beautiful scenery! I linked up to your party, too:)
I love looking and dreaming at “Where Woman Create” even though I already have my dream studio here at the Love Shack…there are always tons of ideas to incorporate into your own space. I’m also an organizing junkie and never get enough of it ;}
Your site is so much fun and so inspiring!! I am currently working on my dream work space! It is in the dark, cold basement but it’s MINE, all MINE! I am working on organizing my clutter and have the paint color (Soothing Green Tea) picked out. I would love to win a copy of WWC magazine to give me even MORE great ideas!! I am not sure how to link up, but I did like you on FB! 🙂
I would love to have a craft area to inspire me! Decorated, of course, with crafts everywhere! I’m about to get my ‘space’ in our new house, crammed in the laundry room, but no complaints! NO ONE else in my house goes in the laundry room!
Linked up my DIY centerpiece! It’s made from yard ‘waste’ and stuff around the house! No cost at all!
I have the perfect room with lots of light. I’d love more storage though.
Somewhere warm and with a view of the ocean. I like to get out and get fresh air….buy it’s cold in NY right now.
i would love to have an area where i could run my business and enjoy exploring my creativity 🙂
I would love a work space that can be clutter free with lots of storage and most importantly light!
Hello everyone! This is my first time linking up and I love it!
My dream space would have lots of color, space and storage.

Hello! I would love to have a craft room that I could decorate and escape to! lol I have 2 little ones and it is fun to try to find time/space to craft.
I linked up 2 projects.
Thanks!
Tiffany Pressley
I would love to have my own home library lined with books!
I dream of my own big scrapbook/craft room. It needs to be big enough for my daughter to scrapbook or do crafts/projects with me. It will be bright and colorful. 🙂
I would like a peaceful place to workout. Just for me.
I love the idea of having a separate kitchen just for making cookies. I like that idea of having a secret place to disappear…have the doors open and my cookie kitchen is simply and extension of my home, but when company comes I can quickly close the doors and all the mess disappears.
My Dream Space has just been built and I have been slowly making it totally mine over the last 3 months. I am a artist, specializing in childrens portraits. My space is in the garden, it’s bright and cheery and surrounded by bird song. My easel, my paints, my thoughts – MY OWN!!
There are so many wonderful, creative, ideas to be found here. Thanks so much for hosting!
I would love to have a larger organized kitchen with a walk in pantry and an island. So much more room to be able to create.
My creative dream space would be the one that is supposed to be getting worked on this winter in the basement of our newly built home. My fingers are tightly crossed my dear hubby will find the time to begin construction of the walls and we can take a Saturday day trip to Pittsburgh to IKEA for the furniture. I envision a room 10 feet wide by 25 feet long with base cupboards & a concrete countertop running end to end on one long wall for my scrapbooking materials and cork board covering the upper walls. One short wall will have my sewing cupboards and the other long wall will be covered in hammered sheet metal so I can hang things with magnets. I have an old long dining table I want to put in the middle to be my work space. Now to get winter here!
My kitchen is my “craft room”… we just moved to a new, much larger home than the condo we were renting and now I have lots of room to create! My favorite part is the spacious pantry!
I can’t tell you how inspired I am by other people’s blogs/work spaces, etc. I do most of my creating in our dining room, but when my youngest step son moves out, the basement/bedroom is becoming our media room and, I hope, a work room for me. I’d love a chance to win this incredible magazine!!

I would love to be more organized especially in the kitchen. I just have so much “stuff” and don’t have the energy to get it just right.
A big open kitchen with white cabinets and lots of windows. It would also have a “craft” island with drawers and shelves to store fabric and supplies.
I’ve always dreamed of having a little stand-alone studio in my backyard with loads of windows, so it would be quiet and surrounded by nature for inspiration.

Would love to have my own craft space. Right now I’m settling for the garage, but it’s getting a little cool out there! I would love to have my garage converted into a warm, bright, studio with a large work bench and lots of cabinets to store all my craft supplies.
My dream space would be a beautiful master bedroom to retreat to after a long day.
My dream space would be to have our kitchen bigger with more space to entertain.
My dream space would be a small post and beam cottage, with a fireplace, a table, and lot of storage to organize my stuff — 🙂
I think clean, simple, and uncluttered is key for a dream space, yet cozy too. Not always achievable, of course, but something to strive for. Love the Jenny Hart space.
My ideal space would allow lots of natural light and have cupboards, baskets, and other organizational tools so I can start with a clean slate each time I start a project.
I would love a space with bright colors and tons of light.
My ideal, inspiring workspace has huge windows overlooking the ocean (or Lake Michigan). The floors are hardwood and the ceiling has beams. My crafty goodies are all organized (imagine that!) and there’s a relaxing corner with a cozy chair to lounge in and a tv to watch movies while I work. It wouldn’t hurt to have a space to keep my kids busy & happy, too, since we’re together most of the time.
Thanks for the chance!
