I was SO excited when Heather Baird’s cookbook, SprinkleBakes, showed up in my mailbox recently! This book is designed to unleash the creative side of every baker! SWEET!

One of my ALL time favorite recipes of Heather’s is her Coca-Cola Cupcakes and Salted Peanut Butter Frosting. If you know my husband, this recipe has HIS. NAME. ALL. OVER. IT. I’m planning to make them for his birthday!

Cupcakes! With REALLY good frosting!!! If I can’t have that, then I’d take some super yummy ice cream filled with really good stuff (that is probably bad for you!).

I absolutely love my mom’s homemade “Blackberry pie” with fresh blackberries, homemade crust and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! You know it’s country cooking when she tells me the recipe, however no measurements are included, because she doesn’t measure anything!!!!!
Wedding cake or an ice cream cream snowball would be my faves!
My favorite dessert is ANYTHING chocolate and more chocolate and peanutbutter, but since my kids are allergic and we have turned into a peanut and treenut free home….I now make my favorite buckeyes with sunbutter! I enjoy your blog, thank you!
Berry Pie with homemade vanilla ice cream!
My favorite desert is Chocolate Molten Lava Cake! The last cruise we went on you could have that desert every night at dinner! And boy did I!! Just the warm chocolate with the warm melted chocolate inside with powder sugar topping. Yuuuummmm! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it! ;0)
My favorite dessert is carrot cake with cream cheese icing. It’s really hard to beat a good carrot cake!
