I was SO excited when Heather Baird’s cookbook, SprinkleBakes, showed up in my mailbox recently! This book is designed to unleash the creative side of every baker! SWEET!

One of my ALL time favorite recipes of Heather’s is her Coca-Cola Cupcakes and Salted Peanut Butter Frosting. If you know my husband, this recipe has HIS. NAME. ALL. OVER. IT. I’m planning to make them for his birthday!

my favourite desserts change quite frequently, but the one thing that stays constant is cupcakes. And i know that may not seem terribly exciting, but to me cupcakes are a blank canvas to add anything your hearts desires whether it is flavours, colours, or textures!
