I was SO excited when Heather Baird’s cookbook, SprinkleBakes, showed up in my mailbox recently! This book is designed to unleash the creative side of every baker! SWEET!

One of my ALL time favorite recipes of Heather’s is her Coca-Cola Cupcakes and Salted Peanut Butter Frosting. If you know my husband, this recipe has HIS. NAME. ALL. OVER. IT. I’m planning to make them for his birthday!

I am a big ice cream fan. Ice Cream bars, sundaes, cones, you name it if there is ice cream, I’m Lovin’ It.
I love Cake Pops – you can do so much with them – and pop them in your mouth so easily’!

My favorite dessert is warm brownie with cold mint or vanilla icecream on top.. this is just amazing!! But I also love macaroons and cupcakes…. This was really hard to choose which is my best and absolute favorite. Every sweets are gooddd!

My mother in law makes a Southern Living recipe called Chocolate Ganache cheesecake with raspberries. IT is the perfect blend of sweet and a little tart. To.die.for.

I would be very happy with a bowl of locally grown sliced peaches, that I have sliced up, added a little sugar and freeze each summer! We pull these out thru the year and it’s a “bowl of Summer”!

There’s so many to choose from! I would have to say that my all time favorite dessert is . . . . . .my mom’s homemade Hudson Chocolate Cake with homemade chocolate icing (or even with her homemade 7 minute fluffy white icing).

How could I pick just ONE dessert? I think it’s gotta be chocolate … or ice cream … or cherry pie … no peach pie! rhubarb crisp, I love that … ooh rum cake! … I guess it just varies with my mood. But honestly, a lot of times my favorite dessert is just a glass of really good wine.

I have several favorites, my Grandmother uaed to make a Hershey Bar cake…. Super yummy! Also a favorite was the Mud Pie ice craem dessert from Steak and Ale… I used to keep a piece in my freezer for bad days. I hate they closed!!

Cake has got to be my favorite! Any flavor as long as it has buttercream frosting. Cake was the first thing I taught myself how to bake when I was 12 and I still love it! I even took and then taught cake decorating classes just to make them prettier.
