I was SO excited when Heather Baird’s cookbook, SprinkleBakes, showed up in my mailbox recently! This book is designed to unleash the creative side of every baker! SWEET!

One of my ALL time favorite recipes of Heather’s is her Coca-Cola Cupcakes and Salted Peanut Butter Frosting. If you know my husband, this recipe has HIS. NAME. ALL. OVER. IT. I’m planning to make them for his birthday!

My favorite dessert is… dessert. I have a serious sweet-tooth! Right now I’m on a cookie kick- chocolate chip yesterday and chocolate peanut butter no-bake cookies today.

My favorite dessert today is . . . Salted Peanut Butter Frosting. Made the cupcakes this weekend for graduation parties and they were a HUGE hit. I then had to make additional chocolate desserts to top with the Salted Peanut Butter Frosting, soooooo gooooood.
A chocolate torte would make me stop in my tracks…on the way to grab a piece fruit pie 🙂 Thanks for hosting this!

I just love mandarin orange pineapple cake, this is so delish. my son just loves this and hes not even 3 yet.
It’s much too hard to choose just one dessert. Peach ice cream, chocolate lava cake, cheesecake. . . the list can go on and on.

My favorite dessert is a homemade ice cream sundae – slightly melted crunchy peanut butter, cherry cordial ice cream, graham cracker crumbs/oreo crumbs, cherry juice stirred until nearly smooth. Oh my. 🙂

My favorite dessert is the cake my Mom always makes for my birthday. ( and Easter, but my birthday is more important!) Made from scratch yellow cake, with pecan crunch between the layers, and covered in 7 minute frosting!

What’s my favorite dessert? That may be the toughest question I have ever had to answer! I would have to say my grandmother’s recipe for Coconut Cream Pie is at the top of my (very long) list. Especially when it’s still a little warm and gooey! It brings back so many wonderful childhood memories with her and the taste is pure southern heaven!
Anything with chocolate and peanut butter. Preferably one with mousse in the title!
