Want to know my secret?

Tortellini secret ingredients.....

That’s it!

Unless you’d like meat in your sauce (like we do)
you will need one pound of ground beef as well.

Cheese Tortellini with meat sauce

Cheese Tortellini with meat sauce

Yield: 6 servings

  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of your favorite red pasta sauce (we love Robusto Ragu Six Cheese)
  • 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • Optional for serving: Parmesan cheese

  1. Add meat to a large saucepan, season with garlic salt, and brown over medium-high heat. Drain fat, add pasta sauce, and simmer for about 20 minutes
  2. While the sauce is simmering bring a pot of water to boil, and add frozen tortellini. Turn down temp slightly and simmer for 6 mins. Drain.
  3. Serve with sauce over tortellini, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese if desired.
