I have two requirements for week night dinners: Quick & Easy Dinner Recipes
I love to be in the kitchen to bake………but when it comes to cooking, I like to get in and out.
I’ve been collecting recipes I’m finding around the web for dinner ideas – some I’ve tried already, some are on my list and others are on my Eats & Drinks pinterest board.
Clockwise starting with the top left:
What’s easier than a one dish meal that can be prepared all in one pot too! ……..now THAT is my dream dinner! Kevin and Amanda shared a recipe for Spicy Sausage Pasta that I can’t WAIT to try! I love that it has summer sausage instead of our usual chicken or ground beef with pasta.
We first made Chicken Enchilada Puffs last fall, and they have since showed up on our menu at least once a month! All of the taste of a chicken enchilada rolled up in a crescent roll. Toss up a salad while they are in the oven and you have a quick and easy dinner the whole family will love! – these are great left over too!
Pork Tenderloin is on our table a few times a month – I usually just season and toss on the grill, which is super easy, but I was starting to get a little bored with it. Enter the day I found the Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin over at C+C Marriage Factory. This recipe changed my life! …..ok, maybe not really, but this is one FABULOUS pork tenderloin, it’s tender, juicy and mildly sweet. You can pop in the crockpot in the morning and serve with your favorite sides, or as sandwiches or wraps. I would guess it would be delicious leftover…..but we never have any left over to try!
This Chicken Spaghetti Recipe has been on my must make list for a while, but for some reason I haven’t made it yet. What I love about it, besides being a one pot dish, is you can use a Rotisserie Chicken! I love to pick those up for a really quick dinner and I love using them in recipes.

My favorite design for the dinner plates are, Italian Countryside… I love the clean yet inviting look of white. I would dress this set up with lots of color using some of the great recipes on this blog… Thanks for sharing…
Without a doubt I would choose Italian Country Side – my husband, however, wrinkles his noise at all things white (“They’re CREAM.” I tell him). He would choose Black Swirl and so we’d end up settling on Anissa, which is within both our tastes! Hope we win!!
The Black Swirl Mikasa is my favorite since is it not like anything I have ever had! Unique! TidyMom is a wonderful blog and always helpful/interesting!
