The silicone on the utensils is strong and durable and the bamboo adds a nice, modern touch.  The Flexible Cutting Sheets are my favorite!!  They are double-sided and are flexible to make transferring ingredients to a bowl or pot for cooking easy and convenient. Each kitchen cutting sheet in a set features a different color and icon to prevent cross contamination and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
