- Rotisserie chicken keeps this recipe quick, easy, and perfect for busy weeknights.
- Creamy ranch filling, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls make every bite irresistible.
- Perfect for family dinners, game day, parties, and potlucks.
- Make them ahead of time or freeze a batch for an easy meal later.

Ingredients You’ll Need
• Hawaiian Rolls – Soft, fluffy, and slightly sweet—the perfect bread for these rich and creamy sliders.
• Rotisserie Chicken – Rotisserie chicken keeps things quick and easy, but leftover chicken works too.
• Bacon – Crispy bacon adds smoky flavor to every bite.
• Ranch Dressing – Use your favorite bottled or homemade ranch dressing. I recommend using a thick, creamy ranch so the filling stays rich and holds together well.
• Cream Cheese – Adds creaminess and helps hold the filling together.
• Shallot – Adds mild onion flavor. Green onions work too, or you can leave it out altogether.
• Worcestershire Sauce – This little ingredient does a lot of heavy lifting, adding savory flavor that pairs perfectly with the chicken and bacon.
• Red Pepper Flakes – Optional, but I love the little kick they add. Leave them out if you’re feeding younger kids.
• Cheddar Cheese – I used cheddar because it’s always a family favorite, but Havarti, Colby Jack, or provolone are delicious too.
TidyMom Tip: I like to shred the chicken and then give it a rough chop so it stays in the sandwich and not on my lap. Trust me, it makes these sliders much easier to eat.

How To Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
- Make the filling.
Mix the ranch dressing and cream cheese until combined, then stir in the chicken, bacon, shallot, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. - Slice the rolls.
Keeping the rolls connected, carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. - Assemble the sliders.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with cheese and place the top half of the rolls back on. - Brush and bake.
Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with ranch seasoning, then bake until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
TidyMom Tip: I like to use a serrated bread knife to slice the rolls so they stay connected and don’t get squished.
Variations
Keep the base of this recipe and make it your own with a few easy swaps.
- Switch up the cheese: Try Havarti, Colby Jack, provolone, or pepper jack for a little kick.
- Add some heat: Stir in Buffalo sauce or diced jalapeños for a spicy twist.
- Lighten it up: Use turkey bacon or a Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing.
- Change the rolls: Hawaiian rolls are my favorite, but dinner rolls or pretzel rolls work great too.
More Sliders To Try

Storage & Freezing
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To reheat, place the sliders on a baking sheet and cover loosely with foil until warmed through. You can also microwave individual sliders, but the oven keeps the rolls a little crispier.
To freeze, assemble the sliders but skip the butter topping. Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, brush with butter, and bake as directed.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are made with rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and ranch dressing baked on soft Hawaiian rolls. They're easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights, parties game day, or feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- 4 ounces cream cheese, very soft
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 small shallot, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 3 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
- ½ Tablespoon ranch seasoning 1 Tablespoon chopped parsle
Instructions
- In a large bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine the ranch and cream cheese until the mixture is well combined. It should take 30 seconds to a minute. Don’t worry if it’s not completely smooth. It should look a bit like cottage cheese.
- To the bowl, add the rotisserie chicken, cooked bacon, diced shallot, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using), mixing until well combined and set aside.
- Keeping them connected, slice the Hawaiian rolls lengthwise so you have 1 top bun and one bottom bun. Set aside.
- Spread your filling in an even layer onto the bottom portion of your Hawaiian rolls.
- Top with cheese and cover with the other side of the Hawaiian rolls so you have one big sandwich.
- Brush the melted butter generously over the rolls and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and gooey. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes just until the tops are a light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving warm.
