I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for Spring! Friday was 76° here in St. Louis and today we are expecting a few inches of snow! What?! So far, there’s been no appearance of the white stuff.
I had a crazy busy week last week! I made a quick trip to Orlando to be on TV sharing my Southwest Baked Egg Cups and talked about the importance of a nutritious breakfast. Wow, these are some neat crafts. I actually have a three year old daughter, and I think she can try some of these out, with proper supervision, of course. This Easter will definitely be one to remember. I never really got into the whole spring thing, but everything changes when you have kids. I’m actually really excited. Thanks for sharing.
