Where Women Create Winter 2012 Magazine Giveaway

Don’t you just love peeking into people’s homes?  Especially creative people!

For most artists, their workspace inspires them and represents who they are.  Whether it’s art, food, music, written words or choreographed dances, extraordinary women know that the process of creating is as important as what ultimately gets created.

Jo Packham has created a magazine that is full of inspiration, stunning photos, and incredible stories.  Where Women Create quarterly magazine will nourish souls and motivate your creative processes no matter where you create!

Extraordinary women pay attention to the details of their work spaces….. making sure that they surround themselves with visually stimulating inspiration and unique organizational systems. Where Women Create invites you into the creative spaces of the most extraordinary women of our time.

The winter issue of Where Women Create is sure to inspire, engage, and astonish with new artist studios and organizational ideas! Featured in this issue are Angie Cook of Knobstoppers, Kristin Alber of Found, Rebecca Puig of Sugarboo, Stephanie Blank of Blankety Blank Designs, and even Sarah Champier, who was the personal florist to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales for 11 years. Also, featured in our brand-new column, “The Men Who Make It,” is Drew Emborsky, the Crochet Dude!

I would truly love a space with lots of natural light so I could work on my photography!!! That would be amazing….

  2. 2
    Mackenzie McFadden says:

Completely agree with Tish Hill’s post: NATURAL LIGHT. Lots and lots of natural light. Big windows, soothing live plants and a gigantic bean bag to squish into when I need a moment to read, write, plan or just ponder things for a bit. Does a personal neck masseuse count as office decor? Totally functional.

When things are in cabinets I tend to forget what I have! So a wonderful wall display such as pegboards and shelves would be fabulous!!

    Jenni says:

i’d love to win the “Where Women Create” magazine…it inspires me, gives me hope and at the least….lets me dream. My space? I envision something big enough to let me put all my STUFF in without having to search for it….and I have A LOT of STUFF. I’d like French doors that open to a view of the ocean, and an old white cast-iron bed drowning in white quilts and pillows so that I can dream when I’m done dreaming, and little shuttered windows that allow the breeze to sneak in and out watching while I’m creating, and a teeny little fireplace with a mantle to warm my heart and feet while I sit dreaming and looking out those French doors. That and a LOT of shelves and drawers and a big wonderful old desk. A girl can dream, can’t she?
