I’m a huge fan of Le Creuset and each new piece I get, is claimed “my favorite piece”! Today I’m excited to share with you the 3 1/2 quart Braiser ! I’m in love with their gorgeous enameled cast iron pans. They are timeless gifts that any seasoned cooks or beginner would treasure. I know some people like to have all of their cookware matching but I just love the vibrant colors that Le Creuset products come in. Every piece I own is in a different color.
The 3 1/2 quart Braiser is great for cooking up many dinner dishes. It’s perfect for one-pot meals, slow braised meats, such as Apple Cider Braised Brisket, to beautiful pan sauces or Three Cheese Chicken Penne Bake! I just love the versatility and durability. I know they are pieces that I will hand down to my girls some day.
Like the other cast iron products, the braiser promotes consistent heat distribution and the ability to go from stove top to oven to table! The built-in heat retention of the cast iron will keep food hot enough to serve second helpings. While it’s not considered non-stick, baked on food slips right off of the enameled coating making clean up a breeze.

I have an old 3 quart pan that I use for everything and I mean everthing, frying a burger, grilled cheese, small batch of soup and making caramels!
