I don’t know what it is about shinny stainless steel cookware, but it makes me feel like a professional chef in my kitchen!
Investing in high-quality cookware and appropriately sized pans makes all the difference in a good dish versus a great dish! I never believed this until I had the chance to use Le Creuset’s Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware.
True story….ask my husband how many nights we’ve sat down to dinner and I’ve had a big smile on my face telling him how much I enjoyed cooking dinner! I’ve never been one that enjoys cooking…….baking yes, but cooking is more out of necessity for me.
Well, I’ve recently discovered having all the right tools in the kitchen, like a nice range and quality cookware can make such a HUGE difference in the whole cooking experience. Not to mention, my food is actually coming out better……and here I just thought I wasn’t that good of a cook for all these year {wink}
It was like I had been driving a Toyota Corolla my whole life and someone suddenly handed me the keys to a Ferrari!
My new Whirlpool range has an induction cooktop, which I LOVE. With the correct pans, my chicken crisps perfectly over the high even heat, and my rissoto is more consistent than when it was cooked with my old range. The induction burners throw off so little heat that my kitchen stays relatively cool, yet I can boil water in half the time!
Le Creuset Tri-Ply Stainless Steel cookware features a commercial grade triple-layer construction – a full aluminum core sandwiched between two layers of premium-quality stainless steel. The heat-responsive aluminum core extends up the sides of the pan to provide even heat distribution and to eliminate scorching and hot spots. A magnetized stainless steel exterior ensures compatibility with all cooktops, including induction.
All Tri-Ply Stainless Steel products are dishwasher safe and feature a precision pouring rim, which prevents spills and drips when pouring liquids directly from the pan.
Making my grandma’s fudge was like a dream this year!

I’m not a great cook, I’m more of a baker. My husband is the cook in our family. So when I do cook, I like to make sure it’s something the kids and he will eat. I go for easy, traditional red beans and rice with andouille sausage, ham, and cornbread.
My favorite meal to make is spaghetti and meatballs. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

Firstly, your kitchen is gorgeous!! Secondly, I just cracked myself up asking, “how did Cheryl get a Tidy Mom logo on her new range?” Yes, I am a dork!
Finally, you couldn’t be more right… Having the right tools in the kitchen makes all the difference in the world in terms of how we feel about cooking and the results we achieve for our efforts.

My favorite meal to make for dinner… oh my gosh, I don’t even know. I’m always so focused on pleasing the boyfriend and our three year old, I have to think about this one! Oh I loooove to make pot stickers. They are time consuming, but fun to stuff and roll each little one. And it’s so much fun to make a large batch for family get together, and experiment with a ton of different dipping sauces.

I love to cook anything with my daughter. She’s 14 and at the age when she would rather hang with her friends than with me, so any time we spend together is time well spent and she likes to cook!
A big pot of soup… any kind. 🙂
My favorite to fix for dinner is a dish my son calls “hot chicken.” The mother of one of his soccer teammates first introduced us to this. Basically, you take chicken breasts and coat them in a dry rub, then brown them with a little bit of olive oil. Once browned, you add your favorite hot sauce and braises the chicken slowly in the hot sauce, until it cooks nearly away. The chicken is hot and spicy, tender and delicious. Clean up can be messy because the sauce has a tendency to stick. Yum!
Anything with homemade Mac ‘n Cheese!
My favorite things to cook for dinner are homemade mashed potatoes with some cream cheese added in, green beans simmering with a big ham hock, and fried chicken! Now…do I make these often? No…but when I do, watch out!!!
My favorite dinner to cook is a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo.
Love to make tacos
I absolutely LOVE to cook! We tend to make lemon chicken quite a bit so I would say that is my favorite thing to make!
Chicken enchiladas! Yum!
I love to make chicken crescent rolls. This set would be awesome seeing as I have had my current set since I was married 15 years ago 🙂

Oh I enjoy cooking thick and hearty potato soup and chicken curry
