Dryer Sheet Tip & Pretty Laundry Rooms

You may remember that I was recently sent a box of Arm & Hammer Essentials Fabric Softener Sheets and I have to tell you what I’ve been doing with them! I’ve been keeping one softener sheet in the linen closet with our towels, and one in the chest with our extra sheets. Oh MY! Every time I pull out a towel or fresh sheets they smell wonderfully fresh! Like they just came out of the laundry.
Let’s face it, we spend a lot of time doing laundry.
It’s not a “fun” task, but it can be more enjoyable in a pretty space.
Kevin and Amanda make great use of a small laundry room space
Jen blows my mind with all her special touches on her dark laundry room, turned gorgeous beach theme laundry room
Even a space as small as a bathroom stall can be turned into a pretty laundry space, like Young House Love did with theirs.
I’m participating in The Switch & Save Challenge, trying a variety of Arm & Hammer products and sharing my experiences with you!

My dream laundry room has all the laundry finished & space for everything I need, including garden & craft space. :o)
I like what we have okay, I could just really use some more cupboard space or some sort of organizers!

I would have an island in the middle to fold clothes on or do crafts. The most important thing is that it has a door I can close so I can have 1 room that is messy that nobody sees.
My dream laundry room just includes one with finished walls as mine is in an unfinished basement-I am easy to please!
Right now, my laundry room is pretty much a closet. BUT, we are in the process of buying our first house which has a laundry room. We are going to have a faux old phone booth as the entryway, then my craft room will be combined with it! I’m super excited!!!
My laundry room is also the mud room between my garage and my kitchen I would love for my laundry room to have matching cabinets to my kitchen and a new washer and dryer!

My dream laundry room would have lots of storage and natural light.
My dream laundry room would be large and bright and on the same level as our bedrooms with plenty of cabinets for storage, hanging space for non-dryer items and a folding surface. Sadly, I currently don’t have any of those features. 🙁
Ooh, my laundry room would be on the first floor of my home, have yellow walls & a window with sun catchers. I would have a super duper washer dryer set (probably a top loader actually). It would be stocked with laundry supplies (because I love to stock up!). There would also be a spot for an ironing board.
MY dream laundry room features a front-opening washer/dryer combo & a utility sink!
I would like just a tad more storage in my laundry room..and a hanging rack. It would also help to have just about 2 more square feet of space. It would be fine if I didn’t have to leave access to pesky old electrical panels and plumbing but we can’t ignore that stuff.
Those are some very pretty laundry rooms! I’m trying to make mine not look so ugly, this gave me some great ideas!

My dream laundry room would have lots of storage!
my dream laundry room would be spacious, and modern, with front loading machines. It would definitely have a window, so fresh air could come in. That way I could have drying racks adn things could air-dry as well as machine dry
My dream laundry room would have counter space where I could store things and fold laundry.
I have liked you on facebook.
Any of the rooms pictured in your post could be my dream laundry room. Thank you!

My dream laundry room wouldn’t be in the basement and wouldn’t double as my pantry and storage room! (Ah, well, one can dream…)

My dream laundry room… Ahh. I dream of an actual room, for some reason in Oklahoma we have just a small space between the kitchen and garage coined “laundry room” but in fact it’s not a room at all! Ug! Anyway I would like some room to hang things and a shelf to fold things on. Maybe a little “mud room” area. Oh if dreams came true….
I get your emails! 🙂

My current laundry room is in an unfinished, dank, dark basement. My dream laundry room has windows, no spiders, and a place to fold laundry so I don’t have to dump it on my bed. 🙂
