Dryer Sheet Tip & Pretty Laundry Rooms

You may remember that I was recently sent a box of Arm & Hammer Essentials Fabric Softener Sheets and I have to tell you what I’ve been doing with them! I’ve been keeping one softener sheet in the linen closet with our towels, and one in the chest with our extra sheets. Oh MY! Every time I pull out a towel or fresh sheets they smell wonderfully fresh! Like they just came out of the laundry.
Let’s face it, we spend a lot of time doing laundry.
It’s not a “fun” task, but it can be more enjoyable in a pretty space.
Kevin and Amanda make great use of a small laundry room space
Jen blows my mind with all her special touches on her dark laundry room, turned gorgeous beach theme laundry room
Even a space as small as a bathroom stall can be turned into a pretty laundry space, like Young House Love did with theirs.
I’m participating in The Switch & Save Challenge, trying a variety of Arm & Hammer products and sharing my experiences with you!

I’d love to redo my laundry room. It’s kind of an awkward space that NEEDS some organization help!

I have an attached laundry room that I have to go out the backdoor to access – my dream laundry room would be inside – with a front load washer. While weather is god – will just hang the clothes outside for a little solar drying!!
My dream laundry room would be all white or other light colors, with dryer/washer enough storage and an ironing/folding area

My dream laundry room is something that is simply more than a cubby hole. In both of my homes, my laundry room has just been a tiny room off the garage and, I want a huge room with a sink and tables for folding and actual cupboards for storing. I haven’t given much thought to my decorating theme until the pictures you posted here but I would love to come up with something beautiful like those pictures.
I get TidyMom emails. Yay!

It would be SO great to update my laundry space and maybe have a place for folding.
My dream laundry room would be in my apt instead of at the laundromat. 🙂

My would be laundry room. *sigh* I would love to have room to have a table to fold and stack clothes. A sink for washing my delicates and a rack to hang dry anything that doesn’t belong in the dryer. I would love to have painted walls, probably a mauve, putty or greyish blue. I’m tired of white, white and more white. 🙂 I found the best idea for a laundry room on Pinterest. Hang some string along the wall and attch sinlge socks with a clothes pin to it. Paint on the wall above the string “Department of Missing Socks” and below that “No Sock Left Behind.” I have a feeling as the years go on I will have lots of single socks coming out of the dryer with my two little boys.
I would love to have more storage space in my laundry closet and better yet I would love a laundry room period!

My new laundry room is pretty nice, with a front loader and a long counter with cabinets for folding clothes. A sink for hand washing and wall mounted drying rack would be very nice additions.

My dream laundry room would have include large open cubby holes for storage and pull out carts for better use of our space as well as a sink for doing my laundry by hand. This type of organization is more practical for us.
My dream laundry room would be a large room/closet like room with folding counter in the center, washer dryer, color, and plenty of storage.
