The other night we grabbed milk shakes on our way home from running errands. It didn’t take long until Allison’s Red Velvet shake turned into a Shake Drop & Splat!
What is a Shake Drop & Splat you say? It’s our Ick-tionary term for the icky mess when a milk shake slips out of your hands and ends up on the floor. I’m just thankful she had a styrofoam cup instead of glass! We would need a whole other term for that kind of dangerous mess!
Thankfully she managed to salvage about half the shake that stayed in the cup.
We grabbed some paper towels to sop up most of the mess, then finished it off with a few Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. Not only did they take care of cleaning up the sticky mess from my tile floor, but also removed germs and bacteria it could have left behind.
As a mom, when my kids were young I spent a good hunk of my days in the depths of poopy diapers, and toothpaste-splattered bathrooms and much, much worse. As they get older, the messes just seem to get bigger.
The people at Clorox understand the gross side of parenting, and just as their products help us keep our homes clean, their new www.icktionary.com is helping us laugh at our icky situations. I mean if you can’t laugh at them, you’ll just drive yourself insane, right?!
