Be ready for everyone at your table to want seconds!
– ground beef – packet taco seasoning mix – packet ranch dressing mix – canned red chili beans – canned kidney beans – canned corn, drained – canned tomato sauce – water – diced tomatoes with chilies – canned diced green chilies
1. Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix to meat. 2. Place seasoned meat in slow cooker 3. Add beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, and green chilies to slow cooker. 4. Cook low for 8-10 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
Taco soup often tastes even better the next day as the flavors continue to meld. Make extra for future meals or freeze for later enjoyment.
