This tasty Turkey Caesar Sandwich has the ease of a cold cut sandwich with the taste of warm toasted garlic bread and Caesar salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  •  1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  •  1 Tbsp lemon juice
  •  1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  •  1 clove garlic, minced
  •  1 box (8 slices) frozen sliced garlic toast, prepared according to package directions (I use Texas Toast)
  •  12 ounces sliced deli or leftover turkey breast
  •  4 small romaine lettuce leaves
  •  2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake garlic toast slices according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic.
  3. Remove toast from oven and spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each of the 8 slices of toasted garlic bread.
  4. Top 4 slices with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and remaining toast (mayonnaise side down).
  5. Serve and enjoy!
