I Heart Faces {Absolute Best Face Photo of 2010}
I haven’t participated in an I Heart Faces Challenge in a while.
But when I saw this week’s challenge, I knew exactly what I wanted to enter!
From I Heart Faces……
“For the challenge this week, we will all be sharing our very favorite face photo that we took in 2010 (and yes, it must be a human face.) To try out something new, you will all be the Guest Photographer Judges for that week’s challenge and will be voting on your favorites throughout the week. Fun!?”
I had several favorites from 2010, but this picture I took at my first senior session last year is one of my very favorites! I love the look on her face, her eyes the color……it all come out JUST as I had envisioned the shot.
The funny thing is, when I took it (actually several shots) we looked at them on the camera and they didn’t excite me, I thought I didn’t get what I wanted. But when I got home and plugged in the camera and played with some of my favorite actions, I got just what I wanted!
I wish I was able to show you this picture even larger…….I think it’s even better full screen!
And a big special thanks to my model for allowing me to try every shot I wanted that day!!
You can see most all of the shots from that session along with my editing info on my flickr album
If you’re interested……I kept up with my 365 project thru late October, so I did not complete the full 365, but it’s still fun to look at! My 2010 365 project. I am starting another one for 2011!
I would LOVE to hear if you are doing a 365 Project. If a picture every day seems like a little too much to handle, Darcy has started a project 52 on Flickr – that’s one picture a week! She’s inviting everyone to join!
“The best part – it’s done completely on Flickr so it won’t require you to use up a day on your blog if you don’t want it to. That’s what I love about Flickr groups – tons of encouragement, no blog posts! Please get your photos on by the end of Sunday each week.”.…..Darcy

I plant to post there each week as well!
Happy Shooting!
I LOVE this photo!!! What a talent you have. Thanks for stopping by WhipperBerry today. I was a little giddy after reading your sweet comment.

GORGEOUS!
That is a beautiful photo of a beautiful girl!
Thanks Jenny!!……..sure makes it easy and fun when the person in front of the camera is such a natural!!
This sounds fun! I like the idea of documenting the little things like that. I’ve been trying to participate in a photo scavengerhunt from Ramblings and Photos Every week Ashley posts 5 new items and hosts a link party the following Sunday for everyone to show off their photos. It’s super fun, and I’m sure you found that too with your 365 project! This particular photo is beautiful!
Amazing photo.
This is my first year attempting Project 365. It does seem a tad overwhelming in the beginning. I’m excited to see how I do.
yeah!!!………it’s fun to look back at your year that way…..makes me with I hadn’t stopped in late Oct.

I tried the 365 one year and made it to April. I have since started a Wordless Wednesday series on my blog, which gets me to post one picture a week… Didn’t even know about the Project 52 🙂 Thanks for sharing 🙂
