So,  Blissdom was two weeks ago already! I’ve struggled with writing this post, I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all.   It’s hard to express my gratitude and emotions.   One word can sum it all up……….and if you read my blog, tweets or facebook, you know it’s a word I love…..

AWESOME!

Like ten million different kinds of AWESOME!

For now, I want to personally thank Bounce and the Bounce Brigade for giving me the opportunity to attend Blissdom (my first blogging conference), but also for allowing me the opportunity to see my friends in the computer come to life!!

It was 3 days full of hugs and squeals with some of the girls I talk to and connect with daily!  These are the girls I bounce ideas off of, the ones who inspire me, the one’s who speak my language.  With them I laughed harder than I have in a long long time….by Thursday night I had one of those moments where you know we were just meant to be friends

“If you ever get a chance to meet a blogger you love, DO IT! Believe me, it’s nice to talk to someone about blogging and not have the person look at you, tilt their head to the side and say, “huh?” “

As much as I loved learning about public relations and monetization (i did, surprisingly), the underlying take home was the friendships and relationships planted solidly from round table discussions and late night chats.

Thanks again, to Bounce for giving me such great memories!

I even learned a few things about my friends by sending them to the Bounce Suite at Blissdom[pullquote]Always looking for savvy, high-tech ways to achieve automatic results ~Team Bar[/pullquote]

Angie, Amy and Jen are all on board with Team Bar!! WOOT WOOT!

Angie says…. “I hate doing laundry and i want to get it over and done with as quickly as possible”

While I still have to work on converting my roomie Bridget, as well as Kristen, Kristan and Shaina who all say they are Sheet girls! [pullquote]Loves to freshen every area of your life—from the laundry room and beyond—and wants freshness made to order ~Team Sheet[/pullquote]

Kristen says ….”because that’s what my mom was… and I like how many different uses the sheet offers. We put them in the van, in drawers to freshen things up, rub over clothes to remove static electricity

Funny that my creative tribe friends are Team Bar, while my foodie friends are Team Sheet.  Certainly interesting!
