		<description>Cashew Apple Salad

1 large head of lettuce, torn into bite sized peices (suggested: red leaf)
2 Granny Smith Apples, diced
4-5 oz finely grated Swiss cheese
4 oz cashew halves

Dressing
1/2 - 1 c salad oil
1/3 c white wine vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 c sugar (depending on the level of sweetness you wish to achieve)
1 tsp mustard powder
1-2 Tbsp chopped red onion
1-2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Mix in blender (or shake in closed container). Pour over salad just before serving.</description>
