Hi Cheryl! The Honey Cinnamon Butter sounds so yummy and easy enough for me to make but I do have a question …..do you seal the lids just as you would when canning?
On the butter – how do you store it and how long can you make it ahead without it spoiling? Thanks!!
I would love to give these as Christmas gifts and had the same questions as comments # 4 and #5 (but could not find where these questions were answered). Do the lids need to be sealed? And, do you keep the cinnamon butter refrigerated and what is the shelf life?
